An alleged co-founder of the neo-Nazi group National Action has denied being a member after it was banned.

Alex Davies, 27, pleaded not guilty to a single charge of membership of a proscribed organisation between December 17 2016 and September 27 2017.

The defendant, who is on bail, appeared before Judge Mark Dennis at the Old Bailey by video-link.

Davies, of Uplands in Swansea, is due to face four-week trial at the same court from April 19 next year.

Judge Dennis set a further hearing for December 20.
