Andy Samberg stars in Amazon’s time-looping romcom Palm Springs

Andy Samberg’s time-looping romcom Palm Springs will finally be released on Amazon Prime Video in the UK.
The much-anticipated movie starring the Brooklyn Nine-Nine actor broke records for the biggest sale in the history of the Sundance Film Festival and has a 94 percent Rotten Tomatoes rating from US audiences, after it was released there earlier this year.
Palm Springs follows carefree Nyles (Samberg) and reluctant maid of honour Sarah (How I Met Your Mother actress Cristin Milioti), who have a chance encounter at a wedding.
Things soon get complicated when the pair find themselves stuck in a time vortex, unable to escape the venue, themselves or each other.
Max Barbakow’s directorial debut is written by Andy Siara, while the cast also features JK Simmons, Meredith Hagner, Camila Mendes, Tyler Hoechlin and Peter Gallagher.
Palm Springs is set for release on Amazon Prime Video in early 2021.
