The men police want to identify

Police have launched an appeal to identify two men after antisemitic graffiti was daubed onto an Oxford resident’s front door.

Officers said shortly after 10pm on 31 January, the offenders approached the property in the city’s Stubbs Avenue and sprayed a swastika on the door.

They returned 15 minutes later and used a pole to smash the CCTV camera installed on the property.

“Criminal damage of this kind will never be tolerated and we are asking anyone who recognises these men to come forward and speak to us,” said investigating officer PC Stephanie Greenfield of Thames Valley Police.

Anyone with information is being asked to contact 101, quoting reference 43210042799.
