Board names new head of public affairs

Sugarman, a former journalist and Public Relations Officer at the organisation for the past two years, replaces Phil Rosenberg in the role.

Daniel Sugarman has been confirmed as the Board of Deputies new Director of Public Affairs.

In a statement on Wednesday, the Board confirmed Sugarman, a former journalist and Public Relations Officer at the organisation for the past two years, would be replacing outgoing Phil Rosenberg in the role.

Sugarman said: “I’m delighted at the opportunity to serve as the Board’s new Director of Public Affairs, and look forward to working in this role with the organisation’s incredible team of Honorary Officers and staff, as well as our excellent Deputies. Together, I believe we will go from strength to strength in ensuring our community has a strong and effective voice to promote their interests and concerns.”
