Countdown to nominate YOUR choice for the Bridge to Israel community organising award
Magen David Adom UK’s Bridge to Israel Awards, media partnered by Jewish News, will honour those striving to unite the two countries since 7 October 2023
There are just ten days left for Jewish News readers to nominate individuals, organisations or projects for an honour as part of MDA UK’s Bridge to Israel Awards, with nominations closing on 13 March.
The inaugural ceremony will take place on 27 April in central London, with honours presented in 13 categories including corporate impact, community organising, culture & the Arts and Philanthropy.
Readers of the Jewish News, the event’s media partner, are able to send in their own nominations for the Community Organiser category: open for UK grassroots activists who have stood up to be counted, helped to fight Israel’s corner since 7 October and worked to build strong relationships between the two countries.
“Often, it is our community organisers – shuls, schools, organisations and grassroots projects – who help to bring light and hope at the most worrying of times by drawing people together and not apart.”
