With Redbridge B’s season over, the A squad was bolstered by seven players from the Division One champions.

The game was fairly even in the first quarter of the game, that was until Daniel Garfinkle started the goal glut with a mis-hit into the corner.

When Nathan Sollosi scored from a well taken corner by his brother Sam, the game was beginning to open up and there was a sense that Team were in trouble, Garfinkle then scored with a header to a make it 3-0 at half-time.

Without manager Sam Rosenthal who was away on a scouting mission , Jon Jacobs was there to get a taste of the Premier Division and ensured calm.

Captain Adam Hakimi had to come off at half-time to be replaced by Jordan Sapler, but this had no impact on the momentum as Sam Sollosi then scored a 30-yard thunderbolt straight after the restart to make it 4-0.

The game was then finished as a contest when Craig Sandford bent a beautiful finish into the corner, though his reward was to be substituted for Adam Goldman. The best goal of the game arrived from a fine run from defence from Adam Shafron, who played a great one-two with Sam Sollosi, before slotting into the goal for number six.

With the game over, goals continued to rain in and Garfinkle completed his hat-trick and added with a further two goals to post a full hand of five goals for the game and 32 league goals for the season.

Nathan Sollosi completed his brace to bring up 10 for the day, capping off a fine win for Redbridge.
