Prince William is to meet Israel’s Eurovision winner Netta Barzilai, according to reports in Israeli media.

The Toy singer, who won the song contest last month, would be a surprise additional to the schedule which will open tomorrow morning with a visit to a Yad Vashem.

Prince William touched down at Ben Gurion Airport today, at the start of the first official visit by a member of the royal family to Israel and the Palestinian Territories.

Barzilai won the hearts of Israelis when she became the fourth Israeli winner and the first for two decades. Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu mimicked her chicken dance when asked to by reporters – and all eyes will be on whether she teaches the Prince her now-famous moves.
