FC TEAM 7 CATFORD & BROMLEY 0
Team kept up their promotion push as a hat-trick from Rob Sanford – in his first game of the season – helped them to this emphatic win.

Richard Salmon, Marc Hecht, Adam Rones and player-manager Mitch Young were also all on target.

Young told jewishnews.co.uk: “Firstly thank you to Jeff and the Catford lads for helping get the game on, and to the referee for allowing it to go ahead in difficult conditions

“I am delighted with the performance considering the conditions, some of the attacking football was very nice and to score score goals was very pleasing.

“Congrats to Rob on his first game of the season and scoring a hat-trick, it’s very nice for him and to have his experience at the back and obvious goal threat from set-pieces will be very welcome coming into the final few games of the season.

“This was a great warm-up match for our big cup quarter-final next week and we are looking forward to putting our wits against the favourites for the competition.”
