Israeli smart mobility firms showcase next-generation transport tech in London

MOVE 2026 delegation highlights Israel's $27bn smart mobility ecosystem and growing UK-Israel commercial ties

TradeIL UK’s Smart Mobility delegation opened the London markets, following the successful completion of their UK programme supporting companies as they expand into the UK market

AI-powered collision alerts, wireless charging networks for electric vehicles and other next-generation transport technologies were among the innovations showcased by an Israeli smart mobility delegation that visited London last week.

The companies took part in MOVE 2026, one of Europe’s leading mobility and transport technology events, as part of a delegation organised by TradeIL UK, the Israeli Export Institute and Israel’s Ministry of Transport and Road Safety.

The annual event brings together automotive, transport, technology and investment leaders to explore developments in areas including electric vehicles, autonomous transport, artificial intelligence and connected mobility.

The visit comes as smart mobility continues to attract growing attention from investors, governments and major technology companies, with advances in artificial intelligence, autonomous systems and connected transport reshaping how people and goods move around cities.

Israel’s smart mobility ecosystem has attracted more than $27 billion in investment and includes hundreds of startups working across autonomous vehicles, transport safety, drone delivery and urban air mobility.

The sector has attracted growing international attention in recent months. Speaking via video link to the Smart Mobility Summit in Tel Aviv last month, Elon Musk described Israel as “number one” globally for innovation per capita and highlighted the country’s contribution to emerging transport and mobility technologies.

Among the companies participating in the delegation was Eye-Net Mobile, whose software-based collision prevention platform uses AI, advanced analytics and cellular networks to deliver real-time safety alerts to drivers, cyclists and pedestrians. The company says its technology can provide warnings beyond a driver’s line of sight without requiring additional roadside infrastructure.

Also taking part were Elssway, which is developing wireless charging networks for light electric vehicles, and emaze.ai, whose platform uses artificial intelligence to create personalised visual customer experiences.
Other companies in the delegation included fleet technology provider ERM Advanced Telematics, accessibility platform Step Hear, mobility payments specialist RavPass by HopOn, hydrogen-electric vehicle developer Metryon Technologies and semiconductor firm POLYN Technology, which develops AI-powered sensing technologies for the automotive sector.

During the delegation, the companies met UK investors, industry partners and stakeholders, culminating in a market-opening ceremony at the London Stock Exchange. The event brought together leaders from the UK-Israel technology ecosystem and mobility sector to mark the completion of the trade mission and highlight opportunities for further collaboration between the two countries.

Debbie Serota, Partner & head of Israel Desk at Irwin Mitchell LLP, which hosted the delegation, said: “We were delighted to support MOVE London 2026, showcasing an impressive  delegation of Israeli smart mobility innovators—including Elssway, ERM Advanced Telematics, Eye‑Net Mobile and POLYN Technology. The event highlighted the strength, creativity and global relevance of Israeli technology, as well as the significant opportunities for collaboration and growth within the UK’s evolving smart mobility ecosystem.”

The delegation was organised by TradeIL UK, the Israeli Export Institute and Israel’s Ministry of Transport and Road Safety as part of efforts to strengthen commercial ties between the UK and Israel and support Israeli companies seeking to expand into the British market.

Matan Safran, minister for Economic Affairs at the Israeli Embassy, said: ”Israel continues to be a global leader in mobility tech, and this delegation was another clear sign of the momentum behind the industry – as well as the strong appetite for partnership between Israel and the UK.

“The successful events of this week coupled with the interest that the delegation had attracted is also a sign for the good business relations between the people and the potential going forward.”
