Brady Maccabi Red took the honours in the Minor Cup Final after they beat HMH Haffa 3-1.

Hendon United Red recorded a slender 1-0 win over Alyth Belsize Red to win the Cup.

Yedidya Solomon scored the winner, with joint-managers Daniel Jacob and Justin Lanzkron saying: “We performed magnificently with belief and resolve. They fought hard, played some great football and stayed strong as a unit. Having lost the cup final last year to the same team in a penalty shoot out it was great to see the boys come out on top this year.

“The game was tight from start to finish but HIS Red consistently carved out the better chances, with Yedidya Solomon scoring half way through the first half after some delightful interplay between Noam Shelley and Judah Yawitch opened up the Alyth defence.

“Winning the Cup Final against a team we had never beaten was a great achievement for the boys and the whole squad played their part in what was a very successful season for HIS Red.”
