—————————————————-

GOALKEEPER
Ben Law (Faithfold A) – Ably dealt with anything thrown at him from the table–toppers and produced a stunning penalty stop

DEFENCE
Justin Spiro (Norstar London Raiders A) – Brilliant at left-back, strong defensively, and always a threat going forward
Noah Bier (AC Whetstone) – Had another fine game at the heart of the Whetstone defence, marshalling the side’s back four
David Rhodes (Norstar London Raiders A) – Rock-solid at the heart of the Raiders defence, always urging his side on as they moved step closer to Premier Division title
Josh Pistol (Norstar London Raiders A) – Another member of the Raiders’ resilient defence, which curtailed Faithfold’s attacking threat

MIDFIELD:
Aaron Benjamin (AC Whetstone) – Menace down the left-hand flank for Whetstone, deservedly got on the scoresheet twice
Jonathan Shapiro (Norstar London Raiders B) – Imperious in central midfield, like a metronome pinging the passes around and generally dictating play
Benjy Dymant (Faithfold A) – Stand-out performance in the middle of the park for the Greens, unlucky to be on the losing side
Philippe Auret (AC Whetstone) – Produced a match-winning hat-trick from the right flank. Was unplayable throughout

ATTACK:
Nicky Woolf (Norstar London Raiders B) – Scored once and claimed three assists – including producing two sublime flicks
Craig Sandford (Redbridge B) – Capped off impressive debut performance with a goal in encouraging start to his Redbridge career

PLAYER OF THE WEEK:
Philippe Auret (AC Whetstone)

MANAGER OF THE WEEK:
Phil Peters (Norstar London Raiders A)
