—————————————————-

GOALKEEPER
Dave Grossman (FC Team A) – Had to fill in goal at the last minute and made a couple of outstanding saves

DEFENCE
Jason Lindsey (Shirley Park) – Great play at left-back, solid defensively, and always a threat going forward
Yoav Lebens (Hendon United A) – Showed great experience all game firstly in central midfield then when marshalling the defence for the last 25 minutes
Jake Weiner (FC Team A) – Playing his first game in three months and led the line brilliantly
Adam Hakimi (Redbridge A) – Rock-solid at the back, provided the platform for Redbridge as they eased to victory against Camden

MIDFIELD:
Dec Selbo (FC Team A) – Was simply unplayable, the best player on the pitch and a constant threat
Rob Cohen (Brady Maccabi A) – Put in a great man-of-the-match performance, always looked for the ball and pulled the strings throughout the match.
David Esterkin (Norstar London Raiders B) – Capped an all-action, crunching tackles, box to box display with what was ultimately the winner
Joshua Newman (Brady Maccabi B) – Superb performance in a game that meant so much. Everything good Brady did was through him and bagged an excellent winner

ATTACK:
Jonny Blain (Norstar London Raiders A) – Making his comeback – compared as being the most eagerly awaited one since Andy Carroll, and in 20 minutes scored a couple of goals
Sam Castle (Southgate Harmen) – Dominant in the air and capped off his performance with a goal against Hendon. Starting to show that he might have made a good decision to swap the goalie gloves for his shooting boots

PLAYER OF THE WEEK:
Dec Selbo (FC Team A)

PLAYER-MANAGER OF THE WEEK:
Mitch Young (FC Team A)
