Man arrested in Borehamwood after alleged antisemitic incident in Clarendon Road

Stephen Passfield, 57, has been charged after witnesses reported him shouting antisemitic obscenities.

A man has been charged after he was arrested on Monday in connection with an alleged antisemitic incident in Clarendon Road

A spokeswoman for Hertfordshire Police said: “Stephen Passfield, 57, of Farriers Way in Borehamwood, has been charged with racially or religiously aggravated harassment in connection with an alleged antisemitic incident in Clarendon Road.”

Passfield has been released on bail and is next due to appear before St Albans Magistrates’ Court on 2 April.
