The Nathan Horwitz Division Two Cup got underway on Sunday, while Raiders returned to the top of Division One, writes Jeremy Silverstone

NATHAN HORWITZ DIVISION TWO CUP:

The Nathan Horwitz Division Two Cup kicked off this week and it saw Glenthorne record a 6-0 win over Temple Fortune, courtesy of four goals from Gary Adams, along with strikes from Vince Goodman and Nigel Grunberg.

Scott Warren’s goal for Brady A wasn’t enough to overcome HMH, who ran out 3-1 winners thanks to goals from Neil Kochane, Steve Gordon and James Temple.

Raiders returned to the top of the division – albeit having played two games more than second-placed Chigwell – following a 6-1 victory over Faithfold. Ben Simons scored twice, with Dan Hodes, James Cartmell, David Lederman and Alex Bourne on target. David Garson scored Faithfold’s consolation.
