League leaders Chigwell suffered a major blow to their title hopes as they went down to Waldaf Town. Despite being 1-0 ahead at the break thanks to Richard Slater’s goal, Chigwell succumbed to a second-half brace from Alex Bourne to cap what assistant manager Jez King described as a ‘superb performance’.

Elsewhere, Dave Garson and Steven Gordon netted for Faithfold and HMH respectively as they shared the points after a 1-1 draw.

Scrabble recorded a second successive victory, beating Brady A 4-0 thanks to goals from Paul Stein, Jon Cohen, Andy Binstock and Wayne Davison.

NATHAN HORWITZ DIVISION TWO CUP:
EDRS were denied their traditional Cup Final place as goals from John Perloff, Adam Soller and Jonny Feinmesser gave St John’s Wood Tigers a 3-0 win to book their place in the final.
