—————————————————-

GOALKEEPER
Grant Waissel (NL Raiders C) – Was commanding and dominating throughout the game, never looked like being beaten and pulled off a quality save from the penalty spot

DEFENCE
Stuart Haring (Faithfold B) – Was described by his boss as being “nothing short of excellent” as The Greens surprised the Blancos boys
Ben Polak (Oakwood B) – Was calm and assured, is a born leader and great in the air
Danny Hakimi (Redbridge A) – Doesn’t miss a tackle or a match and signed off for a fortnight with a bullet header to give his side the lead
Adam Jacobs (Catford & Bromley) – Has spent most of the season on the bench, the right-back played as a centre-back for 70 minutes in a re-shuffle and was different class

MIDFIELD:
Josh Tiano (Scrabble) – Gave a real captain’s performance driving the team on and getting on the scoresheet
Adam Rones (FC Team B) – Produced a box-to-box display, which was capped off by scoring two goals
Nick Landesberg (London Lions B) – Opened the scoring with a stunning goal, worked tirelessly up and down the whole game
Josh Sheridan (Scrabble) – Was unbelievable down the right wing, showing some frightening pace which destroyed Team in the first half

ATTACK:
Dovi Fehler (Hendon A) – Six goals on Sunday made it 10 goals in two his last two games – absolutely on fire and gave a true finishing masterclass
Dave Woolman (Oakwood A) – Described as ‘unplayable’. Scored four, his first and third were ‘out of this world’ – has found his feet at the right time of the season
