—————————————————-

GOALKEEPER
Will Martyn (Boca Jewniors) – Pulled off a string of fine saves to keep HMH at bay and make sure the MGBSFL side avoided being on the end of a cup upset

DEFENCE
Alex Bloch (NL Raiders A) – The model of consistency. Scored his first goals for the club, arguably the best full-back in the league and showing it week in week out now.
Michael Khalastchi (Camden Park) – Solid as a rock, nothing got past him. Comfortable on the ball and still immense after left looking like Terry Butcher following a clash of heads
Brad Fox (SPEC) – Had a very solid game at the heart of the SPEC defence, while he distributed the ball well too
Josh Barnet (Faithfold C) – Captain is back to his leadership best, and scored an excellent headed goal to boot

MIDFIELD:
Jacob Brunner (Athletic Bilbaum) – A strong, attacking performance crowned with a cheeky lobbed goal
Adam Arnold (Harmen) – Started the game in the middle before moving out wide. Quick feet, an eye for a pass and scored twice
Avi Mocton (Hendon United B) – Covering nearly every blade of grass, opposition couldn’t deal with his strength, and provided a cool finish to level the score
Dave Eden (Oakwood B) – Always looking for the ball and moves it on quickly and impressively. Covered loads of ground and did a great job in front of the defence

ATTACK:
Rob Hershkorn (Camden Park) – Having a terrific season and was the difference as two goals earned Camden a 2-0 win which took them to the top of the Premier Division table
Jeff Gotch (Catford & Bromley) – Player-manager led by example, netting a hat-trick to see his side into the next round, and help team claim first win of season

PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Will Martyn (Boca Jewniors)

MANAGER OF THE WEEK:
Nir Wegrzyn (HMH Wildcats)
