Two goals from Sam Sollosi helped Redbridge record one of their easiest victories of the season against a gutsy Faithfold side.

Faithfold defended well in the first half with Steve Summers, Ben Solossi and James Berkley all spurning chances, while Yaakov Goldin in the Faithfold goal, pulled off a few special saves.

Half-time saw the wind winning this particular game but Redbridge believed they just needed patience and the game would be there for the taking for them. After a few minutes of the second half, Sam Sollosi picked the ball up from a mistake by the Faithfold defence, drove in and scored from around eight yards out. This seemed to settle them down as Jason Goldstein began to exert his influence on the game, and he has his best outing in a Redbridge shirt since his debut back in September. However, the game was settled by a piece of futsal magic from Sam Sollosi with a driving run, a few step overs and a really beautiful finish in the corner of the goal.

Goal number three arrived with 15 minutes to go as great Redbridge interplay on a counter-attack from a Faithfold corner eventually saw the ball break to Garfinkle who tried a cheeky back heel into the goal, the goalkeeper saved it but was unable to prevent Man-of-the-Match Jason Goldstein heading the ball into the unguarded net.

Faithfold did net a deserved consolation goal from the penalty spot, Sam Leader converting five minutes from time, but Redbridge were never troubled for the remainder of the game as they deservedly claimed the three points.
