Four new Jsoc officers, a new campaigns director and a new communications director will join the Union of Jewish Students (UJS) from June.

Josh Nagli will take over as Campaigns Director alongside new Campaigns officer Liron Velleman from Leeds University.

Hannah Sharron, the incoming Communications Office, intends to strengthen the communication between the Union and Jewish students. She will take over from Natasha Woolf who leaves the post after two years.

The four new Jsoc officers will be responsible for looking after societies across the country and have experience on the committees of four different Jsocs themselves – Nottingham (Louise Cohen), Middlesex (Leanne Mitchell), Lancaster (Annabel Helman) and York (Zachary Confino).

Josh Seitler – who will soon take up the role as UJS president after his election last December – has said: “I am excited that we will have four J-Soc Officers keen to get onto campus and help Jewish students get involved.”
