Pastoral Care Coordinator

NNLS seeks an experienced Pastoral Care Coordinator to build and extend its current care provision, working with the rabbinic, professional and lay leadership to build a collaborative support system that covers the diverse needs across NNLS. S/he will also work closely with existing charities and care providers. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in the field of community care, with experience of working with a wide range of vulnerable individuals across different ages and life situations.

Hours: 0.6 FTE (flexible, but will include some evenings and occasional weekend meetings)

Salary: £35,000 – £42,000 pro rata per annum (commensurate with experience)
