Raiders keep on the coat tails of Hendon as goals from David Dinkin, Ben Joseph, Ricky Engleman and Josh Green saw them claim this impressive win.
Player-manager Rob Richman told jewishnews.co.uk: “A good start to what will be a very important month of March. Faithfold played their part in a tightly contested encounter but we had enough to come away victors.
“For the first hour I thought we controlled the game very well and found ourselves 3-0 up but we switched off a little after that and a strong Faithfold showing allowed them to pull a goal back and put some further pressure on our goal. Fortunately Josh Green came on and scored a very good fourth to wrap up the win.’
“It’s going to be a really exciting next four weeks, starting next Sunday with a massively important PM cup quarter final match.”

Hendon maintained their eight-point lead over the Raiders with a typically ruthless win over the Lions.
David Seitler scored twice, with Yoav Kestenbaum, Dovi Fehler and acting-manager Greg Corin also on target. Corin told jewishnews.co.uk: “Simon Peterman was our man-of-the-match. He’s an unsung hero, goes about his business in a quiet and effective way, breaking up the play and competing all over the park.
“A number of players performed well this Sunday as is the norm for this talented Hendon team but Simon deserves a special mention this week as his form has got better and better this season and he’s been a fantastic signing for the club.”
Josh Moses, with his first goal for the club, and Nick Landsberg scored for the Lions, with player-manager Jamie Kyte telling jewishnews.co.uk: “We were in it for 70 minutes and had a great chance to make it 3-3 on the hour mark. With such a good defence, I wasn’t expecting us to get any goals but we got two and could have got more.”

Jewdinese claimed an impressive win to boost their chances of avoiding the drop, against a Team who only last week were still challenging for the title.
An own goal and Josh Frey strike helped them to go into the break 2-1 up, and although they were down to ten men when Zac Brin received his marching orders, Frey’s second goal of the game proved vital.
Adam Stolerman scored twice for Team.

Top versus bottom proved to be a routine win for the champions, with Dovi Vogel and Avi Markiewicz both on target.
Rovers manager Jeremy Brown told jewishnews.co.uk: “In really difficult conditions, credit to everyone for letting the game go ahead. The ball was sticking all over the place and it was really difficult to get any rhythm going. Having said that we were really solid and in the second half in particular really opened them up and were unfortunate not to come away with a greater score line.
“Overall considering the conditions I was happy with the result.”
