DIVISION ONE:

TABLE

FIXTURES & RESULTS

North London Raiders edged closer to retaining their title thanks to a 5-3 win over Brady A, thanks to goals from David Lederman, Danny Daggers, Kevin Lotzof, Richard Sacks and Rob Cohen. Gavin Sherman scored twice for Brady, with Scott Warren also on target.

Meanwhile, Steven Moss and Neil Kochane netted for Scrabble Harmen and HMH respectively to earn a point apiece in a tough mid-table battle. Player-manager Kochane burst through the middle to give HMH an interval lead, but Scrabble turned up the pressure after the break and they were rewarded when Moss equalised with ten minutes remaining, scoring from Stephan Simons’ square ball, and making it six draws in ten games for Scrabble.

DIVISION TWO:

TABLE

FIXTURES & RESULTS

Lions remain firm title favourites after two goals from Jason Harris and Danny Schindler’s strike earned them a 3-1 victory over Hendon Harriers, for whom Jon Nesbitt scored a consolation.

EDRS maintained their hopes with a 3-0 win over Glenthorne, Phil Silver gave them a first-half advantage, with Tony Platman and Ian Leader securing the points in the second half.

However, Zig Zag Marshside’s title aspirations took a blow as they could only manage a 2-2 draw with Brady B. Debutant Darren Young and Barry Silkman scored for the former, whilst Brady earned the point after twice coming back from behind through strikes from Melvyn Harris and Anthony Snow.
