The Lions beat the Tigers to reach the final of the Division Two cup, while Brady are up into second spot in Division One thanks to a crushing 8-0 win over Faithfold, writes Stuart Lustigman

NATHAN HORWITZ DIVISION TWO CUP:

Maccabi London Lions progressed to the semi-final with a 4-1 win over St Johns Wood Tigers thanks to a brace from Jason Harris and a goal each from Simon Black and David Price. Ashley Davidson replied for Tigers. Lions’s semi-final opponents will be cup holders EDRS, who will be hoping to reach a fifth consecutive final.

Brady Maccabi moved up to second place thanks to a resounding 8-0 victory over Faithfold. Mark Wagman scored half of the goals, Gavin Sherman scored twice, with Dean Shulberg and Gabriel John completing the rout.

Scrabble Harmen secured a narrow 3-2 win against HMH thanks to Paul Lenchner’s double and Wayne Davidson’s strike. Neil Kochane and Mark Greenfield hit back for HMH.
