Tech That! Samsung Galaxy Watch3: 4.5 stars
Daniel Elias reviews a state-of-the-art watch which is packed with features for fitness fanatics
Plus points:
- The user interface is one of the best in the Android world
- Rotating bezel (which is unique to Samsung) is still my favourite way to navigate any smartwatch
- Design is classy and premium
- Replying to texts, taking calls and checking notifications are a breeze
- As well as standard fitness features, the Watch3 can also measure your blood oxygen level, sleep quality, ECG activity and heart rate
Nil points:
- Battery will get you through a day, but it could be longer
- High price point
- Limited apps and watch faces may be a deterrent for some compared with the Apple watch and other Android watches
Buy or not buy? 4.5 starts
The Samsung Galaxy Watch3 is packed with features especially for those who like to measure every fitness aspect of their life.
There are cheaper alternatives for a general smartwatch to receive email and text notifications.
Overall, it’s my favourite Android smartwatch.
