WATCH: Mayors of London and Tel Aviv cycle down Rothschild Boulevard

Mr Johnson and Mr Huldai cycled down Rothschild Boulevard in Tel Aviv and expressed concern for a photographer who tumbled to the ground as he tried to take pictures of them.

Mr Huldai presented Mr Johnson with a beach towel and flip flops after their bike ride.

In return, the Tory MP gave the Tel Aviv mayor a book about cycling in London and a cycle hire t-shirt.

After cycling around with the Mayor of Tel Aviv, Boris went to Google’s incubator hub in Tel Aviv, where he tried out a pioneering new Israeli scooter. He said it was ‘incredibly smooth drive’ and hopes they will come to the streets of London.
