The Shul has a warm, friendly, and informal atmosphere that embraces communal diversity and celebrates spiritual growth. We are a modern orthodox community catering to a varied membership and have a Zionistic spirit.

We seek two new Youth Directors who will continue to organise youth-led services and engaging programmes on Shabbatot and Yomim Noraim.  You should also want to create and develop inspiring, inclusive, and enjoyable weekday and Sunday activities, to include educational provision, in our purpose-built youth centre.

In return you will be able to help mould and inspire the future of young British Jewry giving them both social and spiritual guidance, and receive professional development yourself.

Applicants should have proven experience in youth leadership, with the ability to relate well, and promote Judaism to young people, along with plenty of initiative and excellent planning, administrative and communication skills.

Applicants should also be fun with a positive demeanour and a passion for the work.  You must understand the youth of Mill Hill, their needs and their families.  With a great Rabbinic team, committed office staff and a passionate lay team, you will be given all the tools you need to do the job!
