This is a fixed-term project for 12 months, with an option for a further 12 months extension, dependent on successfully meeting set KPIs in the first year

In this fresh approach to engaging youth, the candidate(s) will be required to meet young people in our community face to face, develop relationships and, building on their input, put together and lead an inspirational programme of activities meeting the specific needs of different cohorts.

The person(s) to be appointed should have excellent organisational and people skills as well as the drive to head up this innovative project.
