Britain’s oldest established Reform shul, West London Synagogue, has produced a celebratory music video for Rosh Hashanah.

The video, which focuses on the next generation, links the community with partners in Israel, New York City and Manchester, and features the shul’s  ‘Shira’ musicians, choir and rabbinic team,

Produced by Maya Levy and Toryn Westcott the video has been praised by West London Synagogue’s Rabbi David Mitchell.

Looking at the world, one might be tempted to despair, but that has never been the Jewish way – even in our darkest times we have turned to our faith, our rituals, our liturgical music and our hope! In that spirit, the members of West London Synagogue want to share with the Jewish world a musical message of hope for a better, happier, healthier and more peaceful New Year’
