Anti-Arab graffiti was painted on several cars in a Palestinian village in the West Bank.

Six cars were vandalised in the attack in the village of Jit in the northern West Bank near Nablus. The tires on three of the cars also were slashed, according to reports.

It is the second such incident in two days. On Monday, cars were vandalised in the eastern Jerusalem neighbourhood of Silwan.

“Death to Arabs” and “Transfer Now,” read some of the graffiti, written in Hebrew. One slogan said: “Regards to Yitzhak Gabbay,” who was found guilty in an Israeli court and jailed for an arson attack on the Max Rayne Hand in Hand School in Jerusalem, a school for Jewish and Arab children that promotes co-existence.

Police said they are investigating the incident.
