Do you have experience in the employment sector and unmatched interpersonal skills ? If so, this Jewish volunteering opportunity may be for you.

Employment charity Resource has launched an appeal for volunteers to help members of the Jewish community get into work.

The Finchley-based organisation, which helps an average of 400 people each year, said it has seen demand for its free services grow.

Its chief executive officer Victoria Sterman said: “We are now looking to bring in additional advisers to help clients develop the necessary capability and confidence to find and secure employment.

“They will ideally have experience of the employment sector with a background encompassing career guidance and recruitment, a knowledge of how the jobs market operates and possess great interpersonal skills.”

The closing date for applications is 11 August.
