A father and son appeared in court this week accused of supplying false information to the charity commission in a money laundering case.

Edward Cohen, 67, from Stamford Hill and his son David, 38, from Golders Green, appeared at Southwark Crown Court to answer charges in a trial expected to continue until June 21.

David Cohen denies supplying false information to the Charity Commission, becoming concerned in criminal property, acquiring criminal property, theft and benefit fraud.

Edward Cohen denies supplying false information to the Charity Commission, two charges of becoming concerned in criminal property, acquiring criminal property and theft.
