Human Resources (HR) Advisor

Full Time – 35 hours per week
Salary £27 – £30,000 + Benefits
Based in Borehamwood, Herts.

About the role

Providing first and second line support for clients you will work as an integral part of our team of HR Advisors providing practical advice and support to our clients

  • Providing telephone and email support to clients
  • Writing and issuing documents in line with client needs
  • Attending / chairing disciplinaries and grievances meetings
  • Providing onsite support to clients as required on a regular or ad hoc basis

About our ideal candidate

You will be educated to Level 7 or equivalent and CIPD qualified. You will have worked in a couple of different environments and gained a good understanding of business, finance and employment legislation. You must be able to demonstrate an outstanding customer service track record and the ability to quickly establish creditability to influence others positively to achieve necessary outcomes in a timely manner. The ability to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical way, generating a number of viable options and facilitating informed decision making is essential, as is the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and balance conflicting priorities. Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential and you must hold a current UK driving license, have access to a car and be eligible to work in the UK.
