A Jewish teenager who had been missing for two days has been found.

A volunteer with the Shomrim community patrol identified Asher on Tottenham Court Road around 1pm today.

Shomrim, who had been coordinating volunteer efforts across the capital, tweeted “We can confirm that missing Asher Sekenofsky has been located safe & well. We thank the thousands of volunteers who assisted.”

Asher Sekenofsky, a 15-year-old Hasmonean pupil who reportedly suffers from severe learning difficulties, hadn’t been heard from since Friday evening.

He had been spotted over the weekend at a guitar shop in Denmark Street, close to Tottenham Court Road.

Shomrim had issued a missing person’s alert, labeling Asher ‘High Risk’, after he disappeared on 11th July.
