IN PICTURES: Drawing on the Queen’s record-breaking reign – Winners announced!

By Jack Mendel

Here are the stunning designs for our kids’ art competition, to mark Her Majesty’s record-breaking reign.

From portraits of Her Majesty and the Royal Family, to British flags and London landmarks, young artists up to 17-years old have been sending in their creative entries to celebrate the Queen’s record.

The entries have been judged by an expert panel, and the winners will be announced by Jewish News in the paper on Thursday.

Until that is revealed – we can show you the best of the entries!

The winning designs have been selected by a panel of judges including MP Luciana Berger, Richard Ferrer, editor Jewish News, Partnership for Jewish Schools (PaJeS) executive director Rabbi David Meyer, Aimee Taylor of the Ben Uri Gallery and Zaki Cooper – former assistant press secretary to the queen and head of external relational at the chief rabbis office.

Our under 12s winner is talented ELLA BLOOM, while our 13-17 age group prize goes to gifted JESSICA BIRCH. Both young artists win an iPad!

Enjoy!
