Israeli aircraft respond after Gaza rockets into Israel

Rocket fire has mostly stopped since the end of last summer’s war between Gaza terrorists and Israel.

Israel struck four targets in the Gaza Strip on Wednesday in response to rocket fire into southern Israel.

A Hamas official admitted at least one rocket was fired on Tuesday night. They caused no damage or casualties.

Israel holds Hamas responsible for all attacks from Gaza. Sirens wailed in southern communities.

Military spokesperson Peter Lerner posted a message on Twitter, which said: ‘IDF aircraft attacked four locations in Gaza.’ The air strikes were the third since the end of the 2014 conflict.
