Jewish philanthropists came together in Tel Aviv, New York and online last week for a two-day Israel Ideas Festival organised by the Jewish Funders
Network.

Up to 350 delegates discussed Israel’s relationship with the Arab world and with international Jewry, looking in particular at the implications of the Abraham Accords, which normalised relations with several Gulf and Arab states.

From Tel Aviv, Israeli comedian Guri Alfi spoke about ‘Jewish peoplehood’, while other sessions focused on issues such as at-risk women, the elderly, workforce development and impact investing.
