Karate kids pack a punch!

Siblings Sam and Lewis Feldman won two gold and two bronze medals at the Wales junior open championships in Merthyr Tydfil at the weekend.

They were joined on the podium by Joshua and Isabella Roukin who also won a gold medal each:
