Finchley United synagogue (Kinloss) is hosting an Israeli property show this weekend for those either considering Aliyah, buying a holiday home or looking to invest.

The Israeli Real Estate Show runs this Sunday June 25 from 10:30 to 17:30.

Whilst real estate prices in Israel have been consistently soaring for the past few years, rising interest rates has led to a significant slowdown in the local market.

Gidon Katz, CEO of Israeli marketing company IMP and an expert in real estate marketing says: “That slump, together with the strong pound, have created a special opportunity for foreign investors. Additionally, developers are currently offering special deals and more flexible terms, making this the perfect time to seize the opportunity to invest in real estate in Israel.”

It’s the fifth time at the property fair for Noam Vasl, a property broker at Noam Homes which specialises in properties in and around Jerusalem.

He tells Jewish News that areas such as Tel Aviv, Ranana, Netanya and Jerusalem are still incredibly popular, with prices starting from around £560k.

“Our office is involved in multiple transactions and the owners/developers are willing to reduce costs to close a deal, some even with very lucrative offers for buyers because of the uncertainty with the interest rates in the market.”

With contractors slowing down on building new developments, Vasl says it’s a perfect opportunity for potential buyers.
