Kiyoto Sushi opens fifth branch just outside north London

The Balsam brothers, aka The Sushi Kings, are expanding their hugely successful chain into new locations

Brothers Jason and Adam Balsam have opened the fifth branch of their popular Japanese restaurant, Kiyoto, in Hatch End. It’s a the biggest in the Kiyoto family with attractive decor featuring lots of warm wood and bright colourful prints on the walls. The large unit caters for 60 covers with semi-circular booth seating for groups, a large counter with high stools for those flying solo or dining a deux, plus tons of regular seating.

Jason and Adam opened their first unit in Borehamwood in 2016, and then Mill Hill, West Hampstead and Cockfosters followed. The menu has all the dishes that regular diners have come to know and love, plus some new additions including duck gyoza and chicken karrage. For the first time ever at Kiyoto there’s a wide range of alcohol, and churros or mochis for dessert. A fantastic addition to the great restaurant scene in Hatch End.
