Jewish Child’s Day celebrated their 70th anniversary by holding a platinum dinner at The Bloomsbury Ballroom.
Chief Rabbi Ephraim Mirvis and Ambassador Mark Regev were among the 260 guests in attendance for the evening, which started with a welcome speech from Executive Director, Nicole Gordon, who told the audience how helping over half a million children over the past decade was “an exceptional figure for a small charity.”
Mr Regev thanked the organisation for helping children in Israel, saying: “The importance of this charity should not be underestimated – children are our future and we must protect them.”
