Jewish actor Jack Black has dared to bare all in his latest tour promotion poster.
The star of movies including Tropic Thunder, Kung Fu Panda, School of Rock and King Kong posed naked with nothing but a guitar to preserve his modesty.
In an Instagram post that has garnered nearly 1 million ‘likes’, Black strikes a pose alongside his Tenacious D bandmate Kyle Glass to boldly announce the group’s Spicy Meatball Tour.
Black was born to a Jewish mother and Protestant father who converted; his parents divorced when he was ten years old. “I’m a full Jew, according to the Jews,” he said in a podcast in 2019, where he also sings a Hebrew prayer.
The US tour launches in North Carolina on September 6 and make stops at states including Tennessee and Arkansas.
