What is it?

Created to help parents when out and about this accessory promises to keep baby sleeping with its gentle rocking motion that mimics the vibration motion of someone pushing the pram. This also allows you to stay in one place , at home for example and for the Rockit to do all the work without you even moving the pram yourself.

Simply attach to your pram with the attached bracket and choose from three speeds to help baby to sleep.

Plus points

  • USB rechargeable lithium battery
  • universally fits all prams
  • can be fitted on side bar or top handle
  • very quiet motor and adjustable speeds
  • rainproof
  • safe to use from birth
  • can be used at home or out and about
  • 60 minute sit-down timer

Nil points

  • I found even on the strongest vibration setting it wasn’t enough to rock baby in their pram maybe due to the pram’s heaviness / bulkiness etc.
  • some would say it’s expensive considering it is a luxury and not a necessity
  • battery drains fairly quickly so you need to remember to keep recharging when needed
  • the item is quite bulky, and some parents could argue it looks a bit strange sticking out of the pram

Verdict: The Rockit Rocker is definitely a great invention and compact in size.
Personally, it didn’t work for us and our baby because our baby hasn’t been conditioned to fall asleep by being rocked in the pram, and we found that it was overstimulating for baby. However, it has worked for lots of people and if the baby is used to being rocked to sleep in the pram then this could be a game changer!
