University Jewish Chaplaincy is an independent charity that exists to support all Jewish students, whatever their need, by placing rabbinical couples on campuses across the UK.

Recruitment is now open for two full-time Rabbi and Rebbetzen
chaplaincy couples in the following regions:

Bristol
Nottingham

We are seeking two inspirational and educated husband and wife teams, with a rabbinic and Jewish communal leadership background, to work with two of the most dynamic Jewish student populations in the UK.

You will be a source of strength and support to all Jewish students. You will work closely with local Jewish Societies and the local community and serve as representatives to the Universities in your region. Responsibilities will include providing educational programmes, welfare support, home hospitality and spiritual guidance, as well as developing and empowering student leadership and fostering a commitment to Judaism within a diverse Jewish student population.

Salary £30,000 p.a. – plus various benefits including accommodation & expenses. Employment will commence August 2017.
