This photo by Australia-based wedding photographer Stewart Leishman was a finalist in this year’s prestigious Sony Alpha Awards, which showcases some of the world’s best photography.
The black and white image, taken in November 2018, is called ‘The Horah’ and shows the aftermath of the Israeli dance at a Jewish wedding. “It was pretty sweaty,” said Leishman, posting on Facebook.
The overall winner of the competition, which features its winning photos at Somerset House in London, was a colour image of a lone iceberg drifting in the Antarctic Ocean.
