Landmark residential development in Tel Aviv’s new Riviera
Ashira by Avisror offers an exceptional standard of living
Ashira by Avisror is one of the most ambitious and talked‑about luxury residential developments in Israel, located in the rapidly transforming Sde Dov Quarter of Tel Aviv.
Positioned along the city’s emerging northern Riviera, the project is designed to redefine coastal urban living through architectural excellence, resort‑level amenities and a holistic lifestyle concept.
Developed by Avisror Moshe & Sons, a family‑owned company with more than four decades of experience in high‑end construction, Ashira represents both a flagship project and a deeply personal tribute to the company’s founder, Moshe Avisror.
The name “Ashira” draws inspiration from Shirat HaYam – the biblical “Song of the Sea” – chosen to honour the legacy of Moshe Avisror. This symbolism reflects the project’s guiding philosophy: creating a place where residents feel uplifted, balanced and connected to the sea. According to Yoram Avisror, the company’s VP of Sales and Marketing, the project embodies the family’s longstanding commitment to quality, integrity, and customer‑centred development.
Ashira is designed by renowned architect Avner Yashar, with interiors by international designer Dana Oberson, resulting in a modern, elegant aesthetic that blends seamlessly with the coastal environment. The development includes a 34‑story tower alongside boutique buildings of seven, eight and 15 stories, totalling 406 residential units.
The Sde Dov Quarter is one of Tel Aviv’s most significant urban renewal zones, and will be a vibrant district combining apartment blocks, commercial buildings, public parks, a marina and a beachfront promenade. Ashira sits at the heart, offering residents immediate access to the shoreline and the future marina district.
Ashira offers a wide range of apartments, from two‑room units to luxury penthouses, each designed to maximise natural light, sea views and spaciousness for a unique blend of urban energy and coastal tranquillity.
This landmark development in Tel Aviv’s newest area features an indoor pool, salt and collagen rooms, saunas, a luxurious spa complex, a fitness centre, children’s areas, lounges and shared workspaces.
