It was founded in 1923.

How big is the congregation?

There are approximately 120 families.

Children’s services are available on Shabbat morning.

Tribe runs a Sunday morning session called ‘More than just Cheder’.

Tell us an interesting fact about your synagogue

In 2009, the community purchased a new synagogue in a pleasant residential area, which has good links for commuters by road and rail to central London. The synagogue was inaugurated by the Chief Rabbi in 2010. The community has an award-winning synagogue magazine, called Gesher.

What are the highlights of your Shabbat morning kiddish?

We often celebrate birthdays and wedding anniversaries and, on cold winter mornings – or even if it’s not so cold – we are treated to the Rebbetzin’s cholent.
