Primary school children are being urged to draw Jerusalem to win prizes, while high school pupils can get creative with Tik Tok.

Children are being encouraged to send in a drawing or painting to win prizes in the competition

The Israeli embassy is running a competition to find out what Jerusalem means to students in the UK – with lots of great prizes to be won.

For the Yom Yerushalayim competition, primary schoolchildren are being asked to draw, paint or sketch Jerusalem.

High school pupils are being asked to send in their most creative TikToks – dances, lip syncs and videos on the theme of ‘What Jerusalem means to me’.

Submissions should be sent to community@london.mfa.gov.il by 5pm on 10 May to be in with a shot of winning. Pictures can also be tagged on Instagram and TikTok @IsraelinUK.

Winners will be announced on 12 May. Those under the age of 13 will need parental permission before submitting entries.
