Hours: 15 per week (flexible with some extra hours being required to facilitate the community) WFH

Catford and Bromley Synagogue is experiencing a revival within the community and especially an increase in young families.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing professional, proactive, efficient, administrative and communication support to the lay leaders and the Rabbi.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• strong administrative and effective customer care abilities;
• IT knowledge including databases, Microsoft Office and the practical use of social media sites;
• have the ability to work unsupervised, manage their own workload as well as delivering results under pressure with tight time deadlines and objective.

You will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills ensuring that full privacy and confidentiality is observed at all times. There is a need to also have a good knowledge of Jewish customs and practices.
