ASSISTANT HEAD TEACHER / HEAD OF THE EARLY YEARS UNIT
Commencing September 2019. Full Time position - Salary – Leadership Scale.

We are seeking to recruit an innovative and inspiring leader for our Early Years Unit. The post holder will be given the opportunity to lead our Early Years Unit. You will build upon our existing provision, whilst being given the opportunity to bring new ideas and initiatives. This is a new position and will be perfect for someone looking to take their career to the next level. The post holder will work under the strategic lead of Kerem School’s Head Teacher, but will have the independence to guide the direction of the Early Years Unit.
Kerem School is an independent, Modern Orthodox, Jewish Primary School. It received ‘Excellent’ in its most recent ISI inspection (www.isi.net/schools/8854). The Early Years Unit has its own site, which is just a short distance from the building which houses KS1 and KS2.
The post is non-class based, but will include some teaching in both Nursery and Reception. We offer a competitive and attractive salary, an iPad, a supportive working environment and opportunities for CPD.
