Bykanov falls short at short track Sochi heats
Israeli short track skater Vladislav Bykanov failed to qualify for the semi-finals of the 1,500m event at Sochi on Monday morning.
Competing in the second race, the Ukrainian-born Israeli finished in a time of 2:21.163 just 7/10 of a second between his fourth place finish and third, which deprived him of qualifying for the semi-final stage.
